PCM-24 PCI
PCM-24 PCI is a professional multichannel solution for recording of 8/16/24 telephones lines, microphones or radios to computer. It includes one to three PCI controllers, an interface box and software for recording of up to 24 channels per PC.
The system offers a wide range of functions for remote administration, detailed queries about the records and an easy to use interface for remote playback.
The software records calls automatically and detects DTMF and Caller ID (FSK). All outgoing and incoming telephone calls are recorded.
PCM-24 is based on a client/server software platform.
The server takes care of recording and processing the audio data, and provides an interface for connection of remote clients.
The server software can be configured to start/stop recording by voltage or audio level(VOX). Recording can be both fully automatic and manually controlled.
The server supports recording from Narrow (telephone) and Wideband (microphone) sources with super high quality.
The client software features a convenient user interface that allows you to configure the server, live monitor any chosen channel, search and listen to recordings over LAN or the Internet (with bandwidth as low as 32kbps).
Advanced features like automatic deletion of recordings and built-in module for burning of records to DVD are also implemented.
