Orders are subject to cancellation only if no payment was made.

Returns and replacement
Purchased products are not subject to returns.
In case of a defective product you can request replacement by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Replacement can be requested within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be shipped back with ALL original materials and packing. Replacement products will be shipped to you after we receive defective ones.
If a replacement isn't available for the defective product, we will issue a refund for the product. Refund for products paid with credit cards can only be credited to the credit card originally used for the product purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
